Housing Guide

Houses and shops can be rented in-game. Rent must be paid every 7 days to keep the property, this is done to ensure properties are actively being used.

Renting Properties

Right-punch a door to open the UI. If the property is available, click on "Rent" to rent the property. If it's not available, it will show the owner of the property.

Once you have rented the property, use left-punch to open and close the doors.

Managing Properties

Right-punch any door of the property to open the UI. From here, you can pay your rent or abandon the property. Clicking "Pay Rent" will reset your rent timer back to 7 days and pay your rent balance.

Note the ID: ### at the top of the UI, provide this to staff if you need support.

Managing Members

Use the commands below while looking at any door on your property to manage your property's members.

If you are having any trouble adding members, try using their Steam64 ID.

• /hs addmember <name|steam64>: Adds a member to the property
• /hs removemember <name|steam64>: Adds a member to the property
• /hs clearmembers: Clears all members from the property
• /hs listmembers: List member added to the property
• /hs transfer <name|steam64>: Transfer the property to another player

Property Limits

• Players can have a maximum total of 3 properties
  • Max of 2 Residential Properties (house/apartment)
  • Max of 1 Private Property (hangar/warehouse/factories)
  • Max of 1 Commercial Property (shop)
